1. Overview
The Hasselblad Monthly Subscriber Gift Draw is a monthly subscriber benefit offered to eligible users who subscribe to Hasselblad communications through a participating Hasselblad online store or designated subscription form.
By submitting a valid subscription, eligible subscribers will automatically be included in the applicable monthly Subscriber Gift Draw for their participating region, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
2. Sponsor
The Subscriber Gift Draw is organised by the applicable Hasselblad online store and/or the Hasselblad entity operating that store.
Specific legal entity details may vary by market and are provided in the applicable Hasselblad online store’s legal notice, terms of sale, privacy policy, or other relevant legal information.
3. Participating Regions and Eligible Countries/Markets
The Subscriber Gift Draw is only open to residents of countries or markets where the applicable participating Hasselblad online store supports sales and delivery.
Each participating region will run its own monthly draw. Entries are limited to the eligible countries or markets within that region.

Entries from countries or markets not listed above, or not supported by the applicable Hasselblad online store, are not eligible. Hasselblad is not responsible for delivering gifts to unsupported countries or markets.
4. Eligibility
The Subscriber Gift Draw is open to individuals who:
Are legal residents of an eligible country or market in the applicable participating region.
Are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their country or market of residence at the time of entry.
Submit a valid email subscription through the applicable Hasselblad online store or designated subscription form.
Remain subscribed and contactable at the time of winner selection.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agencies, dealers, distributors, resellers, vendors, and business partners of Hasselblad or its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
The Subscriber Gift Draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. Entry Period
For the first monthly draw, only new valid subscriptions completed from the campaign launch date, 18 September, 2026, through 30 September, 2026, will be eligible.
For subsequent monthly draws, valid subscriptions completed between the first and last day of each calendar month will be included in that month’s draw for the applicable participating region.
Hasselblad may define or adjust the monthly entry period based on local market requirements, system availability, or operational needs.
6. How to Enter
To enter, users must submit a valid email address and complete the subscription process through the applicable Hasselblad online store or designated subscription form.
Each eligible person may receive one entry per calendar month in the applicable participating region, regardless of the number of email addresses or subscription forms submitted.
Multiple entries, automated entries, invalid email addresses, duplicate submissions, fraudulent submissions, or entries generated by scripts, bots, or other automated means may be disqualified.
7. Gift and Number of Recipients
Each month, Hasselblad will select 5 eligible subscribers from each participating region to receive one Hasselblad umbrella.
The participating regions are NA, EU, JP, and APAC. Each participating region will have 5 selected recipients per month.
The gift is subject to availability and regional delivery restrictions. If the Hasselblad umbrella is unavailable, Hasselblad reserves the right to substitute it with another Hasselblad gift of equal or similar value, where permitted by law.
The gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discount, voucher, or any other alternative.
8. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period in each participating region.
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable month and participating region.
The draw will typically take place after the end of each calendar month. Exact draw dates may vary.
9. Winner Notification
Selected subscribers will be contacted by email using the email address provided during subscription.
Winners may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide delivery information within the period stated in the notification email.
If a selected subscriber does not respond within the stated period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, declines the gift, or fails to provide required delivery information, Hasselblad may select an alternate recipient from the same participating region.
Hasselblad is not responsible for failed delivery of winner notifications due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, technical issues, or any other reason beyond Hasselblad’s reasonable control.
10. Delivery
Gifts will only be delivered to eligible countries or markets supported by the applicable participating Hasselblad online store.
Selected subscribers must provide a valid delivery address within the eligible country or market of the participating region through which they entered.
Hasselblad will not deliver gifts to countries or markets outside the eligible list for the applicable participating region.
Delivery timelines may vary by country or market. Hasselblad is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics providers, incorrect delivery information, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Where applicable, winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges associated with receiving the gift, unless otherwise required by local law.
11. Subscription and Marketing Communications
By subscribing, users agree to receive Hasselblad communications, including product updates, brand content, inspiration, and other related marketing communications.
Users may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Hasselblad emails.
Unsubscribing before winner selection may result in the user no longer being eligible for the applicable monthly draw, as Hasselblad may be unable to contact the user.
12. Privacy
Personal data collected for subscription and gift draw purposes will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the applicable Hasselblad online store or market.
Personal data may be used to manage subscriptions, administer the Subscriber Gift Draw, contact selected subscribers, verify eligibility, arrange gift delivery, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

13. Publicity
Where permitted by law, Hasselblad may request permission to use a selected subscriber's name, country or market, and/or related participation information for administrative, reporting, or promotional purposes.
No such use will be made where prohibited by law or without consent where consent is legally required.
14. Disqualification
Hasselblad reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.
Uses multiple identities, email addresses, automated tools, or fraudulent methods.
Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the subscription or draw process.
Violates these Terms & Conditions.
Is otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
15. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation
Hasselblad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Subscriber Gift Draw, in whole or in part, if required by law, operational needs, technical issues, fraud, abuse, force majeure, insufficient gift availability, or any other circumstance beyond Hasselblad’s reasonable control.
Any changes will be made in accordance with applicable law.
16. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hasselblad shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, technical failure, incorrect information, failed communication, or delivery issue arising from or related to participation in the Subscriber Gift Draw or acceptance or use of any gift.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the relevant participating market.
